Crafting every product we make
Our Sourdoughs are made from our own fermented ‘starter’ which is fed daily flour and water in our special fermentation tanks. Our oldest starter has been living for over 25 years, with each Sourdough bread taking up to 48 hours to produce. Our buns and rolls don’t take quite as long but are still produced in the traditional way, using sponges, giving them great flavour and a light, open texture. Our processes follow a strict, technically approved Food Safety Management System, including HACCP, full traceability and mass balance procedures.
